CreativeXpressions by Troyanna Shaw is a faith-led fine art business based in Elgin, South Carolina, specializing in original artworks and limited edition prints.

2. Products & Availability

​

  • All artwork is created and sold by CreativeXpressions by Troyanna Shaw.

  • We strive to display colors and details accurately, but variations may occur due to monitor settings or lighting.

  • Quantities are limited; once editions sell out, they will not be reproduced.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is required at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Return & Refund Policy

 

Prior to packaging and shipping, you will receive an image of your item to confirm your satisfaction. Your product will be mailed with tracking, and you will be required to sign for it upon arrival. The tracking will allow you to know when your product will arrive so you can promptly receive it.

 

If your artwork arrives and you are dissatisfied, we will offer an exchange for another piece of equal or greater value. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product to arrange an exchange.

5. Shipping Policy

 

  • Current production lead time: Ships within 7 business days.

  • Orders include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Intellectual Property

 

  • All images, artworks, and text on this website are the property of CreativeXpressions by Troyanna Shaw.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork or content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability


We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or products.
